I started That One Cookie Company as a way to build upon my passion for baking, making cookies, and making others happy. I do this out of a home kitchen in South Lyon, MI.

 

 I grew up watching my dad bake cookies every year to bring into work around the holidays for his co-workers to enjoy. I always heard the stories of how much his co-workers appreciated it, and I thought it was really cool he did all of this just to make everyone around him at work happy. When I started my first job out of college in 2007, I decided to continue the same tradition and have been baking cookies ever since.

 

I enjoy the science behind making the perfect cookie, and finding new flavors to try out. However, the best part of all of this is the enjoyment and happiness you can create in others just from each bite people take.
